Cooking outdoors over an open fire is a nice experience. There are something about the wood smoke, the warm glow of charcoal, and the crackling and popping of fire flames. Food grilled over a wood fire has the trouble which is that, it has always been too difficult to control the temperature, and your food ends up dry or burnt. So, we are now introducing the Myard fire pit grill, which is an elegant, extremely simple BBQ Grill for use over an open fire. The core of the design is the cantilever banlance, which is for precise temperature control by setting the height above the fire. This special mechanism works by using a pair of offset circles, the stake will be fastened by these two circles with the edges. To change the height, press the back of the handle down, adjust, and release to re-engage the lock. You can rotate the grill away from the fire for easy access to remove food, and when you’re finished cooking, simply lift it off the pole. When we're cooking steak, we like to drop the Iron Embers Grill to several inches above the coals for a quick sear. We then raise it to finish the steak off with medium heat to capture the wood flavour. Fresh salmon and juicy T-bones will be infused with the smoke of wood fire!
